Shannon Michelle Bowman

Shannon Michelle Bowman, 36, of 1200 Oakdell Court, Johnson City died Tuesday, February 13, 2007 in Knoxville. Miss Bowman was a native and lifelong resident of Washington County and a daughter of Hannah Plant Bowman of Johnson City and the late James R. Bowman. Miss Bowman was a 1988 graduate of Science Hill High School and a 1992 graduate of ETSU with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Microbiology. She was an employee of Walgreen?s in Knoxville. Miss Bowman was of the Methodist faith. Survivors other then her mother include: an uncle James J. and his wife Nancy Plant of Ostrander, Ohio; the maternal grandmother, Edna Plant of Delaware, Ohio; several cousins and special friends in Knoxville. A memorial service for Shannon Michelle Bowman will be conducted at 2:30 PM Saturday, February 17, 2007 in the Chapel Mausoleum at Monte Vista Memorial Park. Rev. Lon Tobin will officiate. The family will receive friends at Morris-Baker Funeral Home from 1 to 2 PM Saturday. The procession will then go to the cemetery.
