Sherry Lynn Rosser

Sherry Lynn Rosser, 53, of 508 Pardee Street, Johnson City, died Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a native of Michigan, daughter of the late Dovie Sullins Waldrop and Joe Waldrop. Sherry was a Certified Nurse Assistant for 26 years at the Appalachian Christian Village. She was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her mother, a brother, Ronnie Waldrop, preceded her in death. Survivors include: a brother, Joe Waldrop of Michigan, other brothers and a sister, Donnie, Doug and Renee all of Johnson City; a daughter, Stacey Hubbmann of Johnson City; a grandson, Bradley Rosser; Grandmother, Mary Evelyn McKinley Sullins of Michigan; her significant other, Mickey Fisher of the home; two special uncles, Guy and Don Sullins of Michigan. A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at the Morris '? Baker Funeral Home South Chapel at 2:00 p.m. under the direction of Pastor Dan Case. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. At other times at the home. Active pallbearers will be: Allen Buchanan, Willie Fisher, Kevin Fisher, Terry Carver, Eric Dempsey and Chuck Keplinger. Honorary pallbearers will be: Shanon Buchanan and Charlie Goodroe.
