Stephan Floyd Newman

Stephan Floyd Newman, 76, of Elizabethton, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. 

Stephan was born May 12, 1947, to Orville and Lula Olsen Newman in Kirkland, Washington. He served in the United States Army. Stephan and his wife, Mary, moved from California to Johnson City twenty years ago until relocating to Elizabethton five years ago. 

Those left to cherish Stephan’s memory include his wife of 48 years, Mary; step-daughter, Kristin Olmsted; sisters, Darlene Diana, and Laura; cousin, Rick Leishman; his special dogs, Samson and Marley; and many friends who loved him.
