Tammy Lynn Harvey, age 58, passed from this life to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, receiving her angel wings and beginning her eternal journey home.

Tammy was born in 1967 in Johnson City, Tennessee, to Larry and Mary Baker Nordblum. She attended David Crockett High School in Jonesborough, Tennessee, and later worked for Mazer Printing Company in Johnson City for several years.

Tammy was a loving and cherished member of her family, and the love she had for those closest to her was immeasurable. Her family meant the world to her, and she held a very special place in her heart for her beloved grandson, Ashton Harvey. The joy he brought into her life was one of her greatest treasures. The special bond that she shared with her mother will be forever remembered and missed.

In her quiet moments, Tammy enjoyed the simple things that brought her happiness. She loved spending time with her adult coloring books, creating colorful pages that reflected her creativity and gentle spirit. She also enjoyed playing games on her cell phone and finding little moments of fun and relaxation throughout her day. She also enjoyed her shopping trips!

Tammy's love extended to her four-legged family members as well. She adored her beloved pit bull, Shasta, affectionately known as her “brown cow,” and her sweet Chihuahua, Mindy Roo, lovingly nicknamed “Roo.” Her pets were a treasured part of her life and brought her endless companionship and joy.

Tammy will be remembered for the love she gave so freely, the happiness she found in the simple pleasures of life, and the special bond she shared with her family. Though her time here has come to an end, the memories she created and the love she leaves behind will continue to live in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Tammy has received her angel wings and is now at peace in the loving presence of her Lord. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished by her family and all those whose lives she touched.

Those remaining to always remember her include: her mother, Mary Lee Baker Nordblum and Dennis Broyles; son, Joe Harvey and Amber Casey, grandsons, Ashton Harvey and Carson Harvey; brother, Todd Baker; cousins, Regina Baker, Wendy Clark, Jessica Webb, Jennifer Hagan, Rachel Diamondcrest, Ronald Hampton, and Kevin Plank. Her beloved friends include: Brittany Lee, Jeremy Jones, Susan Bryant, Tony Cloyd, Tyler Young, Diane Hale, Amber Rhea, Raymond Miller, Robert Jordan Jr., and Ronnie Osborn; her stepdaughter, Brittany Daniels; and her sister-in-law, Lorie Harvey.
