Tara Renee' Frazier

Ms. Tara Renee Frazier, 38, of Fairhaven Ave., in Kingsport died Saturday July 23, 2011, at her residence. She was a native of Johnson City and a daughter of the late Ted Lee and Judy Jeanette Baines Frazier. Tara was a graduate of Happy Valley High School in 1991 and was an animal advocate and a loving mother. Survivors include one son, Charles Ivan Reaves of Johnson City; three brothers, Mike Hylmon of Jonesborough, Ted Frazier of Kingsport and Brian Street of Johnson City; her maternal Grandmother, Sue Frazier of Rogersville and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Saturday, July 30,. 2011 at the Morris-Baker South Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 until 6:00 pm Saturday. The family will be having a benefit concert for those who wish to attend at 1408 E. Main Street in Johnson City , donations may be made to the same address.
