Wilbur Edward Jackson, Jr., 73, of Johnson City, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015 in the Johnson City Medical Center. Wilbur was a native and lifelong resident of Washington, D.C. He was a son of Wilbur Edward and Marion Dublin Jackson. He proudly served in the US Navy. Services are incomplete at this time but will be held at Marshall-March Funeral Home in Suitland, Maryland.
