Willene C. Johnson

Willene C. Johnson, 85, of the Appalachian Christian Village, passed away on Saturday July 28, 2007 at the Appalachian Christian Village. She was a native of White County, TN and had lived in Johnson City for most of her life She was a daughter of the late Robert and Julia Lack Cantrell. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by two sisters , Susie Boles and Lizzie Qualls four brothers, Eston, John Lee, James and Robert Howard Cantrell. Mrs. Johnson was a member of the Jonesborough Church of Christ. Survivors include; two sisters, Calie Clouse of Jonesborough and Irene C. Lacey of Gray; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted Monday, at 2:00 PM from the Monte Vista Memorial Park. Burial will follow the service. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:50 PM Monday at the funeral home. Family and friends will then process to the cemetery. .
