William Earl John D Miller

William Earl ?John D. 'Miller, 87, of 1101 Persimmon Ridge Road, Jonesborough, died Saturday, April 8, 2006 in Four Oaks Health Care Center in Jonesborough. Mr. Miller was a native and lifelong resident of Washington County and a son of the late William Alexander and Emma Ethel Miller. He was a farmer and a member of the McCarty?s United Methodist Church. Mr. Miller is preceded in death by: his parents ; four sisters, Stella Davis, Kathleen Kinley, Kat Sauls, and Edith Dearstone; three brothers, Paul Miller, Maynard Miller, and James V. Miller. Survivors include: three brothers, Roy Miller and wife Doris of Port St. Lucie, FL, Carl Miller of Johnson City, and R.C. Miller and wife Bonnie of Erwin : one sister, Ruby Christian of Jonesborough; several nieces and nephews also survive. A graveside funeral service for William Earl 'John D. ' Miller will be conducted at 3 PM Monday , April 10, 2006 in the McCarty?s Cemetery. Rev. Paul J. Broyles will officiate. Active pallbearers will be family and friends. Everyone will meet at the cemetery for the service at 2:55 PM Monday.
