William Jack Bill Faulkner

William Jack ?Bill' Faulkner, 85, of Gray, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Mr. Faulkner was a native of Washington College, TN. He was the son of the late Roy and Bonita Estep Faulkner. Bill proudly served in the US Army. He retired as a Regional Director for Job Corps. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, William Edward ?Junior' Faulkner and Bobby Darrell Faulkner; sister, Verna Lee Jackson; brother, Bobby Faulkner; and his wife of 65 years, Louella Marie Faulkner, who died on June 2, 2016. Survivors include: his son, Mike Faulkner and his wife Dianne; seven grandchildren, Ashley Harris, Natasha Srock, Chad Faulkner, Shannon Faulkner, Justin Faulkner, Billy Faulkner, and Chad Robinson; many great grandchildren; three half-brothers, Roy, Mickey, and R.A.; and one half-sister, Joann. The family of Bill Faulkner will receive friends from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm Saturday, July 9, 2016 in the Morris-Baker Maple Room. Following the visitation, family and friends will proceed to Monte Vista Memorial Park for a 3:00 pm graveside service. Pastor Dan Foster will officiate. The Boone Dam VFW Post 4933 will accord military honors. Pallbearers will be the grandsons and Terry Harris. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of the Johnson City Medical Center 4300 Wing.
