Zeke Hubbard, Jr.

Mr. Zeke J. Hubbard, Jr., 78, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014, in Pine Ridge Nursing Home. Mr. Hubbard was a native of Roan Mountain, Tennessee. He was the son of the late Zeke Hubbard, Sr. and Sudi Hubbard. Mr. Hubbard worked for the Sanitation Department. He loved God and his church family. Zeke also loved animals, the outdoors, and his garden. In addition to his parents, several brothers and sisters preceded him in death. Survivors include two sisters, Bonnie Glover and Pinky Guinn, both of Johnson City; his nieces and nephews, Lisa and Kenneth Thomas, Linda Evans, Robert and Delia Moon, and Lee and Kim Moon; and very special friend, Gail Franklin. The family of Mr. Zeke J. Hubbard, Jr. will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Friday, January 9, 2015, at Morris-Baker. The graveside committal service will follow in the Glenwood Community Cemetery. Rev. Aaron Knight and Ronald Tabor will officiate.
